Serenity Yoga and Sound Meditation
Try-it Demo: Dance Studio
Experience a 30-minute demo session featuring gentle all-levels hatha and yin yoga movements and breathing exercises, followed by an immersive crystal singing bowl sound meditation. This session is best suited for older youth and adults who can comfortably get up and down off the floor. Space is limited to 10 participants on a first-come, first-served basis.

Designed for dancers of all skill levels, this interactive 30-minute demo introduces foundational techniques and creative movement in a fun, high-energy environment. Participants will explore basic choreography and get a feel for the class style before committing to a full session.

Designed for ages 13–17, this introductory performing arts class offers a fun, encouraging environment to build stage confidence and fundamental skills. Students will explore a blend of theatrical acting, vocal exercises, and expressive movement to help them discover their performance potential.

Join Jacinda Houle for an interactive dance try-it session featuring Hoop and Jingle Dress dance. Experience the rich cultural significance of these traditional steps, watch incredible movements using up to 5 hoops, and step onto the floor to try out the dances yourself!

Gainsborough Combined 4-H
About Us:
Established in 1979 at the Gainsborough Community Hall, our club welcomes members ages 6–21. We offer a wide range of projects led by volunteers, and to build confidence in a supportive environment, all members participate in public communications training every February.
Portage Junk Yard Dogs
About Us:
The Portage Junk Yard Dogs Cycling Club (JYD) provides facilities for outdoor activities. JYD maintains a 12 km all-season biking and hiking trail system along the Assiniboine River, which is groomed in the winter for fat tire biking, snowshoeing and hiking.
